Within the area between the Beneluxtunnel and the Erasmus bridge the Stadshavens of Rotterdam are situated. The rdm-terrain is one of the four subareas belonging to the Stadshavens. On the terrain you perceive a junction between living, working and innovation. Knowing this we can speak of a wide variety of needs. There is a lot happening at the rdm-terrain which is related to innovation and state of the art technologies.
