The performance of the transport hub is defined by transport ability, functional circulation, and structural performance.
Transport ability
1. Learn from the ship. Departure, arrival and mooring of the ships is the activity with highest frequency of occurrence. The logic of the ship, about size, direction, movement, time, have crucial definition on the geometry of the building.

Functional Circulation
Each "deck" support one means of transportation and the public activity combined to it. Most of the functions are put on ground floor and first floor, which are both connected to the landscape on the south. "Decks" on different levels are made into one by a continuous spiraling ramp system, which support cycling and wheelchairs.
