This project is about the water.
1. Water is Powerful!
The project acts as an energy center for the RDM-area. It harvests wind, wave and solar energy providing its neighboring structures with clean local energy.
2. Water is border!
The project connects the two sides of the harbor together and improves the existing infrastructure of the city of Rotterdam.
3. Water is fun!
The project functions as an attraction, offering the residents of the area an opportunity to be, relax and play.
