Revitalisation of the exhisting RDM... creating a sight that attractes people and that increases the amount of active users...offering space for meetings and abidance for locals aswell as visitors...attracting visitors to come... including the industrial factor of the surrounding....including the context of building on water...maybe using the water within the system of the building....thinking about finances...maybe producing something
Creating a space that produces and offers public space (to consume), including also the context of water ...The brewery .Within a brewery many different uses can be involved...a factory, producing the dutch branned drink... finances itself by producing and selling... a museum, to exhibit the procedure of brewery....a bar/restaurant, for consuming the homebrewed beer, offering a meeting spot for even late hour... and maybe just like the irish Guinness factory, becoming a visitor attraction! within the design... including the context of water...for instance usage of the water for the cooling system within the brewery... using the advantage of easy transport of ingredients by shipping on the water...including different actions...offering storage space...process of brewery included in the design...recycling of the produced waist water (brewery water)...open spaces for farming (growing ingredients) and for terraces....
