Landscaping / Public Space / Access

Masterplan

To allow everyone to view and understand their plans for landscaping, public space and access within all our projects, please complete the following for your project by 10pm tomorrow (Wednesday 10th October):

1. Download the Illustrator template file (RDM_Landscape_project16.ai) from Dropbox at ...\Dropbox\reRDM\Landscape_PublicSpace

2. Save as new copy "RDM_Landscape_projectXX.ai", where XX is your project number;

3. In this new file update the following in each of the named layers:

A. Building Outline - please show your current project/building outline scaled to the surrounding site. This doesn't need to be perfect, just the right size and approximate shape;

B. Public Space - this is to show the public areas - squares, footpaths, etc. Please show public routes across or through your outline as a minimum;

C. Green Space - to highlight the proposed vegetation and planting (optional). This doesn't need to be final, but should show the approximate areas and locations proposed;

D. Pedestrian Access - indicate where people will access the project on foot - either from a bridge to a neighbour or from the dockside;

E. Bike Access - as above, where can people by bike access the project?

F. Car & Truck Access - we are trying to minimise vehicles within the RDM area, but if must have vehicle access (e.g. for deliveries or maintenance), then please show on this layer;

G. Boat Access - highlight here where boats (standard or other projects' modules) can dock with your project

4. Save the file and upload a copy back to the folder on Dropbox by the deadline tommorrow.

We will then collate all the files in 1 and make this available for review by next week's studio.
