(RDM Campus) Innovation Dock
One of the former manufacturing facilities of the shipyard, this large internal space now offers flexible facilities for companies to start-up or expand their product development and manufacture. It is situated alongside the dock and is able to offer working spaces of various areas that are supplied with services (power, water, etc) and that have access to the existing overhead lifting cranes.
This facility would be an ideal operational base for the project, enabling both initial component manufacture and assembly, as well as ongoing maintenance and logistics – for example servicing and repair of modules.
