After the site visit it is clear that there is a need for student amenities on site. Also the site is extremely baron. There is nothing to soften the harsh industrial surrounds. Project 4 will endeavour to deal with this, whilst still keeping the integrity / history of the site alive.

Connection to DwellingGrower, as this deals with student housing. The project Temporary Pavilion is also of interest to Project 4. The temporary pavilion has the ability to lend space to the student hub for an event.
