After the site visit it is clear that there is a need for student amenities on site. Also the site is extremely baron. There is nothing to soften the harsh industrial surrounds.

Project 4 will endeavour to deal with this, whilst still keeping the integrity / history of the site alive.

A place where students, teachers, locals and tourists can visit, relax and meet outside of university hours to keep traffic in the area. The program of the actual building is still being decided.

It is connected to the RDM campus, the removable seating that exists outside of the RDM campus and also to the RDM student Mike. Further connections will be made in the coming days.

Connection to Project 5 as it is interested in extending the RDM campus and improving the day to day experience of the students.
