The performance of the transport hub is juged by transport capability, functional circulation, and structural performance.
Transport capability

Functional Circulation
Each "deck" support one means of transportation and the public activity combined to it. Most of the functions are put on ground floor and first floor, which are both connected to the landscape on the south. "Decks" on different levels are made into one by a continuous spiraling ramp system, which support cycling and wheelchairs.
