Senario Ⅰ- A beginning or an end
The location of 'Ez RDM' is the place of an arriving and leaving, because it is the first place, which can be recognized when comming from Rotterdam by ship, and the last place when they are leaving. Thus, people can have an first and last impression on RDM area through the 'Ez RDM'.
Senario Ⅱ- Sustainable development
The appearance of 'Ez RDM' will be a metaphor for the charactor of RDM area. Sustainability can be considered as one of it, because the current ongoing researches in RDM area is mainly related to the sustainablity, for example, an electric public buses, private cars, and low-powered propulsion for ships, so the future buildings, which will be built here, can share this invaluable charactor as well.

Senario Ⅲ-Evolution
The inner space of Ez RDM is consist of one singular structural-skin space. Rather than adopting a traditional way of column and slab system, the structure and space are also evolved, just like the outer interactive skin does.
