Interactions between project and other projects
The Wave Phenomena connects physically to a few other projects. The first project is the Rejuvenative Sandwich. This one creates a shortcut from the Innovation Dock to the Wave Phenomena were people can walk to the aqualiner.
Interactions between project and buildings
The Wave Phenomena is very open and accessible; welcoming the visitors of the RDM area. It's a great display for the RDM Campus to inform the general public about their achievements and ongoing projects. The starting point of a journey through the RDM Campus.
The ICDuBo already fulfills most of these aspects, however it is only accessible at office hours by appointment. A missed opportunity to attract and connect with people other than the ones that go there with a specific goal in mind.

The techniques of Ampelmann might come in handy to connect to other object through a bridge of some sorts. They are specialized in stabilizing platforms that actively compensates all vessel motions for safe access.
Interactions between project and persons
By displaying the work of local artists and students, the people working at the RDM and living at the Heijplaat can reconnect with the harbor.
