First iteration
After the first iteration this project come to a phase in which the initial ideas have to be reconsidered. After many discussions with other studio participants and the tutors, it turned out that many problems have to be addressed, and much work needs to be redone. For now much is done, but it still will not be published. One is sure – SEPAC will be much different, than what was proposed till now. It will not host another auditorium, theatre or exhibition space, because already many projects address those matters. Revitalization through the culture is one thing, but for now it seems that we went far away from what we found out during the tagging and local vision process. From today SEPAC is no more an Exhibition and Performance Arts Center. However some concepts which were developed during the process will be used. Eventually we are heading towards more generative approach in our design process.
